Our production facility is equipped with automated shuttleless looms (rapier and airjet models), electronic jacquard shedding mechanisms, and computerized warp beam preparation systems. This allows us to manufacture complex jacquard damasks, structural dobbies, multi-layer draperies, and high-density upholstery textiles with minimal defect rates and high weave tension uniformity.
Our integrated facility in HSIIDC Sector-37, Gurugram operates with full in-house monitoring from raw fiber yarn preparation to finished roll packaging.
